Per the ISO-14004 standard, an envirnonmental policy establishes a general sense of direction and defines the action
principles for the organization in environmental matters. It also defines the standards for the level of responsibility and
the required environmental performance from which specific actions are monitored and controlled.

Our goals for defining an environmental policy are:

• Establish a formal commitment from the company to follow a path of continuous environmental improvement
• Establish a set of goals to monitor our progress
• Communicate our goals and responsibilities to all team members in the firm

Factoria's environmental policy has been approved by the CEO and communicated to all employees and business unit managers.
It is also made known to key groups such as customers and suppliers and it is made publicly available in our website.

All of us at Factoria are committed to the protection of the environment in all the activities we perform, being one of our main
responsibilities. Through a continuous improvement process, we strive to:

1. Meet all established environmental laws, rulings and requirements applicable to our processes.

2. Prevent pollution, particularly by minimizing solid waste and emmissions to the atmosphere, through our permanent energy
efficiency program.

We recognize that by integrating sound environmental, health and safety management practices into all aspects of our business,
we can offer better products and services while conserving and enhancing resources for future generations.
